You own the practice. You shouldn't have to own the write-offs.
Every denied claim your team can't get to is money you already earned and are quietly writing off. Volari is an AI service that works that pile for you — the denials and the underpayments — and you only pay when we actually recover. There's no software to run, no new staff to hire, and no risk to test it.
What you're dealing with
- Denials keep climbing and there's never enough staff time to work the tail
- You suspect payers are underpaying against your contracts but can't prove it claim by claim
- A biller left — or is about to — and the aged claims are slipping past their deadlines
- You don't want to pay a retainer or buy another platform to find out if there's money there
How Volari helps
Our commercial work is outcome-based — a percentage of dollars we actually put back in your account, and nothing if we recover nothing. There's no retainer and no downside to seeing your number.
Volari's agents do the work end to end — reading the remits, building the appeals, filing on each payer's real process and clock, and following through. Your team doesn't operate anything.
Upload your remittances and we show you the real recoverable number from denials and underpayments before you commit to anything. Serious numbers, no vanity math.
On Medicare and Medicaid work we charge a flat fee, not a percentage, because the law requires it. You get one honest model for commercial and the compliant one for government.
The questions you'll want answered
Is Volari legitimate — how do you actually make money?
On commercial claims we're paid a percentage of what we recover for you, and only when we recover it. On government claims we charge a flat fee. Before any of your data moves, we sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) that binds us to how we handle it — and our public commitments never say more than that contract does.
Will appealing claims hurt my relationships with payers?
Appealing correctly is a normal, expected part of the payer relationship — you're asking them to pay what your contract already says they owe. We file only what's substantiated and winnable, on each payer's own process, so it reads as disciplined, not adversarial.
Does this replace my biller or billing company?
No. Volari works the denied and underpaid tail your team doesn't have capacity to chase. Your biller keeps doing what they do; we take the claims that were headed for write-off. Each side works its own claims, so no one double-bills the same work.
